Description

The KMACS-5 from Kirby Morgan® is a robust, compact, and transportable control box built for demanding surface-supplied air diving operations. Supporting two divers, it provides full control over air supply, dual diver communications, and precise depth monitoring, all housed in a high-impact, weather-resistant case.

This all-in-one control system features dual high-pressure yokes with DIN adapters, enabling connection to either U.S. standard or DIN valve cylinders, and also includes a low-pressure compressor input, offering unmatched flexibility for your air supply needs.

A complete pneumo system with dual-reading gauges (US & Metric) ensures accurate depth tracking up to 250 FSW (78 MSW), while individual shut-off valves and selector switches make cylinder changes seamless—even mid-dive. The KMACS-5 is available with or without its clear, reliable communication system.

  Two-wire push-to-talk or four-wire round robin communication. Also available without communications.

• Adjustable Air Regulation
  Regulator allows output pressure adjustments between 115–225 PSI, displayed on the Umbilical Pressure Gauge (0–300 PSI / 0–20 Bar).

• Dual HP Cylinder Supply
  Equipped with two HP yokes (max 3500 PSI / 240 Bar) and DIN fittings. Integrated bleeder valves allow non-stop cylinder switching.

• LP Compressor Compatible
  Dedicated fitting allows use of a low-pressure compressor as the primary air source (max 225 PSI).

• Pneumo/Depth Monitoring System
  Accurate to ±¼% of full scale. Maximum recommended diver depth: 130 FSW (40 MSW).

• Rugged Construction
  Lightweight, double-walled polyethylene case with stainless steel latches and O-ring seal for durability and moisture resistance.

• Selector Valve & Shut-Off Control
  Choose air supply source or shut off diver lines individually without interrupting operations.
